How online works, cancellations, confidentiality, and what happens on the first call.
How do online sessions work?
The same as in the practice, on a secure platform. You need a stable connection and somewhere you will not be interrupted.
How long until someone calls me?
The case coordinator calls within 24 hours of your form, at a time we agree with you.
What happens if I cancel?
You may cancel at least 24 hours ahead at no cost. Under 24 hours, the session counts as held.
What happens to what I say in session?
It is confidential. The exceptions are those set out in law, and we explain them at the first session.
Is the first call a clinical assessment?
No. It takes twenty minutes and is about what brings you here and who fits you.
